Heather Wyatt
Executive Director; Animal Management Coordinator
Heather Wyatt is the Executive Director, Co-Founder, and Animal Management Coordinator of Full Circle Rescue and Sanctuary. She provides strong leadership and strategic direction for the organization, ensuring every animal receives the highest quality care. Heather oversees the intake process with a thoughtful, needs-based approach and works diligently to coordinate medical care for each animal in the rescues care.
A lifelong animal advocate, Heather is deeply passionate about rescuing, fostering, and giving homeless animals a second chance. Outside of rescue work, she and her husband, Chris, cherish time with their beloved pets, family, and grandchildren. She also enjoys running her small business, The Wyatt Farm.
Lindsey Setser
Foster & Event Coordinator
Lindsey Setser Lindsey Setser is the Foster & Event Coordinator and Co-Founder of Full Circle Rescue and Sanctuary. She plays a vital role in recruiting and supporting foster families while also coordinating events that highlight the rescue’s adoptable pets. By working closely with local vendors, she creates opportunities to connect the community with rescue animals, ensuring successful events and positive experiences for all involved.
Passionate about animal rescue, Lindsey is dedicated to supporting fosters, vendors, and the pets in Full Circle’s care. In her free time, she enjoys visiting Alabama breweries, hiking with her dogs at Tannehill State Park, kayaking with her husband, Jacob, on Terrapin Creek, and kickboxing.
Jamie Starns
Adoption Coordinator; Webmaster
Jamie Starns is the Adoption Coordinator and Webmaster for Full Circle Rescue and Sanctuary, where she plays a key role in guiding foster families and adopters through the adoption process. She works closely with fosters, equipping them with best practices to support their foster animals on the path to finding their perfect homes. Jamie also ensures a smooth, positive experience for approved adopters as they welcome their new best friends into their lives.
Passionate about rescue work, Jamie is dedicated to making the adoption journey as seamless and rewarding as possible for fosters, adopters, and animals alike. In her free time, she enjoys running her pet sitting and boarding business, Jamie’s Creature Care, as well as spending time with her family and dogs, playing video games, and studying her Bible.
Morgan Peoples
Volunteer Coordinator
Morgan Peoples is the Volunteer Coordinator for Full Circle Rescue and Sanctuary, where she plays a vital role in recruiting, supporting, and maintaining a dedicated team of volunteers. She works closely with fosters and volunteers to create a positive and rewarding experience for everyone involved, ensuring the best possible care for the animals.
Passionate about rescue work, Morgan thrives on building strong relationships within the community and making a difference in the lives of both people and pets. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, spending time with her family, visiting breweries and wineries, playing with every dog she meets, and staying active at the gym.
